Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Heritage Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building relationships with key decision-makers and developing strategic sales plans to drive growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including target account selection, sales forecasting, and sales performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and support to existing customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and senior management. Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
