  • Provide support in daily project management activities, including documenting meeting notes, tracking action items, and managing project communications.
  • Help maintain data accuracy and integrity within project plans.
  • Work alongside Project Managers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Aid in the preparation and completion of weekly status reports, ensuring clarity and appropriate detail for stakeholders.
  • Act as an editor to ensure that weekly updates are comprehensible and tailored for executive review.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and Project Managers to schedule essential project calls, particularly involving senior leadership.
  • Ensure that all project teams are on track with their tasks in preparation for Portfolio Reviews and other key events.
  • Assist in communicating and implementing new features and functionalities for project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and PowerBI.
