Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Aston Carter. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail, scanning and uploading documents as needed, and assisting with outgoing mail and clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to teams and health plans
  • Scan and upload documents as needed
  • Assist with outgoing mail and clerical duties
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Basic user skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to stand for 3 hours at a time in the mail room
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18 - $19.50
  • 6-month contract opportunity
  • Location: Salem, OR
