Job Title: Registered Nurse III

Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse III to join our team. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and systemically collect patient data to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including triage, medication management, and wound care
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ambulatory care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
