Global Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Content Strategist. As a key member of our Content & Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global strategy to synchronize content partnerships across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a global strategy to synchronize content partnerships across regions.
- Manage key distributor relationships, including Ferguson, in their implementation of content data into their ERP to enable pricing, quoting, and procurement capabilities.
- Manage key manufacturer relationships to ensure our manufacturer partners' content is properly represented and of the highest quality across master product information, availability, pricing, ecommerce, geometry, and others.
- Establish processes with each partner for receiving content on a timely basis, meeting with the partner personnel to report on data quality and exposure.
- Evaluate customer needs across personas to influence future roadmap.
- Manufacturer and Distributor Content Consent to enable workflows (Estimating, Design, ERP, Procurement, Etc.).
- Audit data to ensure it is properly represented throughout the supply chain.
- Identify strategic opportunities to grow the manufacturer and distributor business.
- Communicate the value of Trimble MEP's products and ecosystems and Trimble product data.
- Recognize potential sales opportunities and arrange introductory meetings involving appropriate Trimble Sales team representatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product, data, and process improvements across manufacturer and distributor.
- Provide assistance on issue escalations and ensure there has been proper handoff and resolution to the satisfaction of the manufacturer and Trimble.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, customer success, or customer-facing product or product marketing function.
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager, with demonstrated ability to performance manage and delegate tasks.
- Experience working at a building part manufacturer or with building part manufacturers (e.g. at a distributor in a manufacturer-facing role).
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical and/or customer escalations from start to resolution.
