Position Overview:
As a Lead Social Media Content Strategist, you will take charge of developing, expanding, and overseeing our organic social media content and influencer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, curate, and manage social-first content (video, imagery, text) across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Proficient in editing tools such as Capcut and Inshot.
- Formulate and implement a detailed social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and overall brand vision.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with content creators, influencers, and brand advocates to effectively manage influencer budgets.
- Monitor and engage with customer interactions, nurturing a positive community and establishing our brand's social voice.
- Work in conjunction with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Analyze social media metrics to provide insights for performance optimization and future strategic planning.
- Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and industry trends to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.
- Proactively propose compelling narratives to creative teams to enhance brand impact socially and culturally.

Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of demonstrated experience in content creation and community growth on TikTok.
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- A genuine passion for content creation and influencer marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of the creator economy across all platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation:
$117,000 - $141,000 annually.
