Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to align on business development strategies and ensure success
  • Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and experience
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Deep understanding of the EMS industry, including contract manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and full product integration
  • Advanced communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences and negotiate at the highest levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
