About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Business Development to join our team at WillowTree. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts and cultivating relationships with prospective accounts in the Travel & Hospitality industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in digital product professional services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the Travel & Hospitality market, working closely with our Solutions Architects and Product teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
  • Cultivate and extend existing C-level relationships with current clients, providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Collaborate with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities and team-sell through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and vendor trends, providing valuable insights to our internal teams to inform our services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Deep experience in a digital product professional services agency/consultancy engaged with F500-level Travel & Hospitality client accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through strategic account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and characterize business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences.
