Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Good organization and time management skills
