Paragon Technologies, a SunSource company, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and maximizing sales within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts
  • Manage territory, projected sales, and build/maintain business relationships
  • Conduct full-cycle prospecting activities, including lead qualification, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize CRM tools and resources to plan and manage time and territory
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree in sales, marketing, or engineering preferred
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components
  • Fluid Power Certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
