Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager

At Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and other means
- Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products and services
- Communicate company information, policies, and procedures to clients
- Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of client paperwork
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Meet monthly quota goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Average monthly production of $300,000
- 1+ year of commercial sales experience, preferably in equipment financing or leasing
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Competitive salary and commission-based incentive plan
- Opportunity to earn up to $400,000+ in annual earnings
- Eligibility for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act
