Job Responsibilities

  1. Attain revenue targets as set by the sales organization
  2. Execute on the retention and growth of assigned accounts
  3. Expand and maintain executive-level relationships
  4. Develop, document, and gain agreement on the account sales strategy
  5. Generate new contacts, leads, and opportunities within assigned accounts
  6. Maintain a pipeline of qualified, active opportunities and manage them to closure
  7. Orchestrate internal and external resources throughout the customer lifecycle
  8. Collaborate with Solution Executives and other functional groups on an organization-wide account management plan and oversee its execution
  9. Participate in senior-level planning sessions
  10. Provide detailed account and renewal plans on all assigned accounts
  11. Partner with Success Management for Quarterly Business Reviews and product adoption initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Seven to ten years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions into acute healthcare systems, including five to seven years of global or strategic account management experience
  • Seven to ten years of relevant healthcare industry experience, preferably with large multi-facility systems
  • Seven to ten years of relevant product experience selling into healthcare executives, such as CHRO's, CNO's, CIO's
