Job Summary

This role supports the development and implementation of strategic programs and processes at Broadcast Music. The successful candidate will work closely with the Transformation team and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis, selection, and roll-out of project management tools as appropriate.
  • Ensure functional area deliverables are understood, cross-functionally aligned, and execution of deliverables and timelines are on track.
  • Lead and coordinate delivery of assigned projects; provide direct input and individual contributions, as necessary, to ensure results delivery.
  • Prepare regular, thorough, and articulate executive summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders on project status and performance.
  • Monitor, refine, and track project budgets.
  • Develop and manage project plans, scopes of work, and schedules; develop milestones and conduct critical path monitoring.
  • Maintain a register of portfolio/project risks and issues; collaborate with project managers to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Support the implementation of project management governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and best practices to guide project execution.
  • Support planning for and coordination of resources, taking into consideration inter and intra project and team dependencies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, risks, and resource requirements, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
  • Deliver executive presentations related to assigned projects.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings as appropriate; prepare and provide status updates to Executive team and others as appropriate.
  • Support development of repeatable processes and templates to facilitate change impact analysis and actionable plans for change management.
  • Facilitate implementation of initiative change management plans and execution activities to ensure successful integration into our operations.

Requirements

  • Four (4) year bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of project management and/or strategy execution leadership work; two years of agile/scrum experience.
  • Analytical thinking; tackles critical large-scale issues using critical thinking and reasoning.
  • Business impact; sets goals and contributes to company decisions.
  • Collaboration; reinforces relationships across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; communicates effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Company knowledge; understands how the teams integrate and the strategic concept behind company goals.
  • Functional knowledge; is recognized as an expert in their field; knowledgeable of business and management principles involved in company-wide transformation, resource allocation, engagement, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Influence; able to garner wide-spread support for Company projects, initiatives.
  • Managing change; acts as a leading change agent in effectuating company transformation.
  • Problem solving; arrives at decisions using quantitative and qualitative analytical thinking.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with ability to facilitate, listen, write and speak effectively.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in company-wide change management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies/concepts.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP); PgMP (Program Management Professional).
