Your responsibilities will include facilitating the completion of real estate loan applications, gathering, analyzing, and reviewing supporting documentation in line with loan guidelines, and providing assistance throughout the loan application journey.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) and real estate professionals, informing them about available loan programs.
  • Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to our in-house Realtor and builder referrals.
  • Quickly follow up on incoming leads and work alongside our ISAs and agents on each lead.
  • Utilize our company-provided CRM system efficiently, ensuring it is consistently updated.
  • Engage with applicants in a timely manner, offering insightful and consultative mortgage options.
  • Review rates, costs, and program options, keeping all parties informed about transaction progress.
  • Collect and organize necessary loan documentation for verifications and underwriting, including loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.
  • Screen calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support as required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, arranging and conducting meetings to address follow-up issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete according to company policies, reporting any discrepancies to the loan originator.
  • Address inquiries regarding transactions for clients and company personnel to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • NMLS #, Licensed loan officer.
  • Demonstrated experience in originating purchase loans.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a licensed mortgage originator.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing tools on a daily basis.
  • A college degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills (proficiency in Microsoft or Google Suite, experience with CRM systems for lead management, etc.).
  • Preferred degree in banking or finance, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
