Our Margin Transformation Journey

We are undergoing a comprehensive margin transformation program to address inflation and margin pressures. The Margin Transformation Office is responsible for building a clear pipeline to achieve our margin improvement targets.

Key Objectives

  • Amplify and accelerate margin objectives through a systematic approach and rigorous value management.
  • Act as a control tower to provide transparency into overall margin transformation program delivery.
  • Drive best practices for margin expansion mindset.
  • Facilitate identification and formalization of cross-business unit and enterprise initiatives annually.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic team member to perform analysis and generate insights for margin improvements. This individual will focus on supporting margin enhancement across the value chain using various strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and generate insights for the margin transformation office.
  • Document and prioritize opportunities for detailed business case analyses.
  • Manage margin improvement workstreams and proactive cross-functional planning.
  • Assist in tracking margin improvement program value realization.
  • Support executive updates and meeting materials development.
  • Assist in communication and education related to Margin Transformation Office objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation and complex programs.
  • Experience in effective ideation and business case development.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, product management, and more.
  • Experience in pricing, revenue growth management, and consumer industries is a plus.
