Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage front desk personnel, reservations, and bell staff, ensuring all daily operations are executed efficiently.
  • Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival, creating a positive first impression.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Utilize our computer system to manage guest requests and ensure room assignments meet their preferences.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and oversee the House Bank.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to remain mobile and perform essential functions throughout the front office.
  • Proficient in English, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competence in using a moderately complex computer system for information management.
  • Ability to observe and respond to emergency situations.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
