Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively assess guest requirements, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining excellent relations with all patrons. Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly manner, efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Oversee staffing levels for front office personnel, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling front desk staff, office supervisors, guest service aides, concierge personnel, and PBX operators.
  • Address and resolve guest grievances, ensuring satisfaction with each interaction. Manage the guest resolution process, including thorough investigation and innovative problem-solving to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Effectively operate the MICROS system at the front desk, handling all daily transactions as well as less frequent operations.
