Key Responsibilities
- The Front Desk Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Front Office department.
- Provide guidance, training, and management of shift activities while mentoring front desk agents and supervisors.
- Develop proactive hiring strategies and assist in conducting interviews for hourly positions.
- Ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to guests and motivate associates to uphold this standard, acting as a representative of our brand.
- Engage in hands-on responsibilities as necessary, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel front desk operations is essential.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in any sector is required.
- Experience in a Westin hotel or similar upscale property is advantageous.
