Key Responsibilities

  • The Front Desk Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Front Office department.
  • Provide guidance, training, and management of shift activities while mentoring front desk agents and supervisors.
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies and assist in conducting interviews for hourly positions.
  • Ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to guests and motivate associates to uphold this standard, acting as a representative of our brand.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel front desk operations is essential.
