Owner Services Coordinator

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The primary aim of this role is to deliver outstanding customer support to condominium owners associated with Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. This position will provide assistance to owners regarding inquiries related to the Rental Management Agreement, HOA fees, Shared Component Charges, and any other financial or logistical responsibilities linked to their condominium ownership and participation in the rental program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the principal contact for all condominium owners.
- Clarify the terms of CCR's, Hotel Policies & Procedures, and other ownership documentation to owners.
- Inform potential participants about the specifics of the Rental Program.
- Oversee the implementation of the Rental Management Agreement.
- Support owners with concierge services and various requests.
- Coordinate with operational teams such as Housekeeping, Accounting, Engineering, Front Desk, and Attache` to ensure that every owner experience is exceptional and meets 5-star standards.
- Help maintain precise ownership records, owner profiles, and tracking systems.
- Assist in making and confirming reservations for owner stays and for guests of owners.
- Complete any professional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Owner Services.
- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, ideally within a hospitality environment. Experience in Lodging Operations, Owner Relations, Resort Management, or Hospitality is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office is required. Familiarity with Opera/Agylisys (PMS System) is a plus. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.
