Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct administrative and secretarial assistance to a senior executive.
- Managing inquiries directed to the executive; handling phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties, and taking messages as necessary.
- Preparing essential materials for meetings, calls, presentations, and departmental initiatives, including the organization of materials for Board meetings.
- Assisting in the planning and scheduling of diverse events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Overseeing office organization, which includes maintaining the filing system and managing all incoming departmental correspondence.
- Drafting and typing various forms of communication, including letters, memoranda, and reports.
- Executing additional tasks as required; supporting senior management with special projects and daily administrative functions.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Executive Coordinator.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
- Willingness to work on-site. Some domestic travel may be required, approximately once per quarter.
