Key Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level clerical and specialized administrative support
- Manages a variety of tasks with differing levels of complexity
- Exercises discretion and independence within established guidelines
- Supports a large team and/or senior vice president roles or higher
- Coordinates both routine and complex administrative activities
- Analyzes data, generates reports, and maintains accurate records
- Monitors budgetary performance and may assist in staff-related activities
- Executes special initiatives through careful planning, development, and execution
- Offers project support utilizing various software tools
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
