Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience- A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of eight to ten years of experience in the human resources field.
- Minimum of four to five plus years of managerial/supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in member associations or trade organizations is highly valued.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Asana are a plus.
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
