Job Overview

The role of an Install Coordinator at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is essential for facilitating efficient installations and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Sale Coordination and Material Management
    • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure timely ordering of necessary parts for installations.
    • Oversee the procurement of materials to enhance efficiency and cost management.
    • Organize the staging of parts and equipment for installation teams.
    • Assign installation crews to specific jobs and maintain communication across various teams.
    • Ensure that installation job packets and material orders are completed accurately.
  • Inventory Oversight
    • Manage the ordering of parts and materials for installations.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee the management of unused materials.
  • Inspection Coordination
    • Verify permits for installations and schedule necessary inspections.
    • Follow up on inspection outcomes and arrange for any required corrective actions.
  • Warranty Registration
    • Register warranties for serialized equipment associated with installation jobs.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration
    • Engage with other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Perform accurate data entry tasks as required.
  • Professional Conduct
    • Participate in meetings while maintaining a professional demeanor.
    • Ensure high-quality work is completed within established deadlines.
  • Task Completion
    1. Complete all assigned tasks within the designated timeframe and budget.

Qualifications
