We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our Orlando team. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing projects and delivering administrative support that mitigates risks throughout the construction process. This involves entering order details, ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders, and verifying that product quantities are correctly recorded in our systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to create and manage orders for the installation of provided materials.
  • Communicate proactively to address discrepancies in initial data, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
  • Execute precise and prompt entry of customer selections into the order processing system (RFMS order entry).
  • Track orders through system reports and keep leadership informed of progress.
  • Collaborate with design studio consultants and vendors to resolve any material reselections or discrepancies.
  • Investigate and rectify billing discrepancies to guarantee accurate revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate with Field Project Managers to ensure that job-related information is accurately entered and communicated to installation teams.
  • Generate and distribute daily work orders.
  • Manage schedules efficiently to minimize travel time and overlap among field personnel.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the Project Coordinator:

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with RFMS is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Background in window treatment or home building construction is advantageous.
