POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Landscape Installation and Enhancement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all landscape installation and enhancement initiatives executed by Exclusive Landscaping Group. This role encompasses the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction, managing multiple teams, possessing expertise in landscape installation project bidding, familiarity with Central Florida plant materials, and proficiency in Aspire ERP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage four teams dedicated to installation and enhancement projects, including seasonal flowers, plant installation, plant removal, mulching, and sod installation.
- Plan and coordinate landscape installation and enhancement projects from start to finish.
- Develop and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure all installations and enhancements comply with company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain robust client relationships and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of materials and equipment for projects.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures across all job sites.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, budgets, and team performance.
- Manage departmental operations using internal ERP software, Aspire.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in landscape installation, enhancement, and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of landscape design principles and horticulture.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape installation, enhancement, and management.
COMPENSATION:
A competitive compensation package will be provided, including a performance-based bonus. The benefits package for this position encompasses health, vision, and dental insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
