Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage tentative installation dates through builder portals.
  • Update and maintain internal scheduling systems.
  • Communicate effectively with Home Managers and Production Coordinators.

  • Handle a high volume of phone inquiries from builders regarding scheduling and warranty matters.
  • Process inventory on Order Entry and generate pick tickets for warehouse personnel.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prioritize and categorize emails based on urgency and relevance.
  • Access Dispatch Track software for updates on current and past orders.
  • Create and schedule orders within Dispatch Track software.
  • Resolve order and scheduling discrepancies in Dispatch Track software.
  • Upload scheduled job data to Dispatch Track software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exhibit clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
