SENIOR MONITORING SUPERVISOR:

Established in 2018 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a fully integrated, multi-state cannabis enterprise that operates upscale retail outlets, premium brands, and state-of-the-art cultivation and processing facilities. We operate numerous retail locations under the BEYOND / HELLO brand and the recently acquired Nature's Remedy brand, offering an exceptional in-store experience complemented by online services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee a team of monitoring agents tasked with the remote surveillance of all dispensary and cultivation sites nationwide through CCTV.
  • Provide training to monitoring agents on the operational and technical aspects of security monitoring systems, as well as standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and assess potential geopolitical security threats to personnel, facilities, and operations, including social media monitoring and threat assessment development.
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and server health, promptly addressing any alerts or connectivity issues as per established procedures.
  • Conduct and oversee scheduled remote patrols across all locations.
  • Manage the Security Operations Center's email and alert systems continuously, responding to all notifications, alarms, and requests for surveillance footage from authorized personnel.
  • Report any safety concerns for all locations to the Security Operations Center Manager without delay.
  • Collaborate with team members and external organizations on security, emergency preparedness, and training initiatives.
  • Work closely with all company security and management teams to ensure the safety of associates, customers, facilities, and inventory.
  • Maintain notification systems to alert Crisis Management Teams and employees of emergency situations.
  • Alert emergency services regarding any incidents, including unauthorized access or fire.
  • Assist emergency personnel during first responder engagements.
  • Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and emergency response protocols.
  • Document and communicate all emergencies and incidents to relevant management promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent certification/training.
  • Formal training in monitoring central alarm systems, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Experience with video management systems such as exacqVision, HIKVision, and Avigilon.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Must successfully complete any state-required training and background checks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
