OUR TEAM:

Established in 2018 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a fully integrated, multi-state cannabis enterprise that develops and manages premium retail outlets, high-quality brands, and advanced cultivation and processing facilities. We are also pioneering an innovative online platform that sets a new benchmark for a sophisticated, data-driven cannabis experience.

We operate numerous retail locations nationwide under the BEYOND / HELLOTM brand, as well as the recently acquired Nature's Remedy brand, providing an exceptional in-store experience complemented by online reservations and express pickup options.

Every day, our team members work diligently to cultivate, process, and manufacture a diverse range of cannabis brands, including The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinals, and Sche, catering to a wide array of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee a team of monitoring agents responsible for the remote surveillance of all dispensary and cultivation sites nationwide via CCTV.
  • Provide training to monitoring agents on the technical and operational aspects of security monitoring systems, Standard Operating Procedures, and daily responsibilities.
  • Identify and assess potential geopolitical security threats to the company's personnel, facilities, and operations, including monitoring social media and developing relevant threat assessments.
  • Monitor CCTV/Alarms and server health, promptly investigating and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures regarding alerts and connectivity issues.
  • Conduct and oversee scheduled remote patrols across all locations.
  • Manage the Security Operations Center email and alert systems 24/7, responding immediately to all alerts, alarms, notifications, and requests for surveillance footage from authorized personnel.
  • Report any safety concerns for all locations directly to the Security Operations Center Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members and external organizations on security, emergency preparedness, and training initiatives.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the safety and security of associates, customers, facilities, and inventory.
  • Maintain notification tools for activating Crisis Management Teams and informing employees of emergency situations.
  • Alert appropriate emergency services in case of incidents such as fires or unauthorized access.
  • Assist emergency personnel during first responder engagements.
  • Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Response protocols.
  • Document and communicate all emergencies and incidents, including power outages, weather events, criminal activities, and medical emergencies, to the necessary management parties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or relevant certification/training.
  • Formal training and expertise in monitoring central alarm systems, access control, and closed-circuit television systems.
  • Experience with exacqVision, HIKVision, Avigilon, or similar video management systems.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, Emergency Operations Center, Command and Control Center, or similar security environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take charge in critical situations.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure during emergencies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of attention to detail and organization.
  • Must successfully complete any state-required training and background checks.
  • Strong management and communication skills, capable of conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
