ABOUT JUSHI USA:

Our Security Operations Center (SOC) operates continuously to address security requirements and responses for our national operations. The SOC is pivotal in overseeing situational awareness, including monitoring security operations, social media, and managing incidents and crises.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are in search of a seasoned professional to lead our team of monitoring agents. This role requires expertise in surveillance systems and emergency response protocols, along with a proven track record in team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise a team of monitoring agents tasked with the remote surveillance of all dispensary and cultivation sites across the nation via CCTV.
  • Provide training to monitoring agents on the technical and operational aspects of security monitoring systems, standard operating procedures, and daily responsibilities.
  • Identify and assess potential geopolitical security threats to the organization’s personnel, facilities, and operations, including monitoring social media for relevant threat assessments.
  • Oversee the monitoring of CCTV systems, alarms, and server health, ensuring immediate investigation and adherence to standard operating procedures for alerts and connectivity issues.
  • Conduct and supervise scheduled remote patrols across all locations.
  • Manage the Security Operations Center's email and alert systems 24/7, responding promptly to alerts, incident reports, and requests for surveillance footage from authorized personnel.
  • Report any safety concerns for all locations directly to the Security Operations Center Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members and external organizations regarding security, emergency preparedness, and training.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the safety and security of associates, customers, facilities, and inventory.
  • Maintain notification tools for activating Crisis Management Teams and informing employees of emergency situations.
  • Notify emergency services of any incidents, including unauthorized access or fire.
  • Assist emergency personnel during incidents, ensuring effective communication and documentation of emergencies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent certification/training.
  • Formal training in monitoring central alarm systems, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
