Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent to join our team at The Perna Team at Detroit. As a key member of our expansion team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate Property Sales: Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve desired results.
  • Open Houses and Client Relationships: Host open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Document Preparation: Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process.
  • Client Follow-up and Communication: Follow up with prospects via phone and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Follow the buyer plan of action team plan and work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Client Consultations and Appointments: Set buyer appointments and execute consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Sales and CRM Management: Close sales and maintain a high level of CRM and database mastery to track client interactions and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge: Possess sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
  • Real Estate Success Track Record: Show a track record of real estate success and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Education and Licenses: Hold a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired, and a valid U.S. driver's license. Possess a real estate license and be able to travel by car.
  • Commission Opportunity: Be eligible for a commission opportunity and have sales experience.
