Real Estate Acquisition and Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Real Estate Acquisition and Sales Specialist to join our team at The Perna Team at Detroit. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties, cultivating relationships with buyers, and driving sales to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Conduct market research and due diligence on real estate trends, partnership models, and investment opportunities
  • Build trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate signed contracts
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Identify and acquire new properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and contractors
  • Generate and follow up on investment property leads
  • Conduct listing appointments and sales of investment properties
Requirements:
  • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • A real estate license is required
  • Commission opportunity
  • Sales experience
  • Must live in the greater Detroit or surrounding areas
Compensation:

$80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
