Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time real estate agent. As a member of our team, you will have access to extensive lead sources, a comprehensive training program, and ongoing coaching and support.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new business leads
  • Set appointments and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow through and follow up with clients
  • Complete our comprehensive onboarding and training program
  • Follow proven systems for success and scripting
  • Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions with Tom Ferry
  • Work in our office Monday-Friday, providing a collaborative and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Must be interested in a full-time career in real estate (40+ hours) including nights/weekends
  • Must be within 25 miles of Wayne, NJ
  • Real Estate License: interested in our scholarship program, in school, or holds a valid license
  • Want to be part of a team culture that will have your back
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Sales-oriented with great communication skills
  • Coachable and growth-minded
  • Computer and tech-savvy
  • Valid driver's license and own a vehicle
Compensation

$60,000+ commission-based income
