Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to craft and execute the organization's strategic initiatives, ensuring they align with REFORM's mission and vision.
- Organizational Growth: Oversee the expansion and development of the organization, implementing best practices in management and governance.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Core Operations Integration: Streamline the management of core operations by aligning resources and systems to enhance the delivery of programs and internal projects.
- Leadership Support: Assist the CEO and Executive Leadership Team in operational matters, driving continuous improvement through regular evaluations of program outcomes.
- Strategic Cohesion: Ensure that all team members are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and facilitate the execution of initiatives that support REFORM's vision.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the organization's budget and financial planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining rigorous financial controls.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource management to meet financial targets and maximize organizational impact.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address operational risks, developing strategies to ensure continuity and security.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices, regularly updating policies to maintain operational integrity.
- Policy Formulation: Create and implement policies that enhance operational security and efficiency, adapting processes to meet evolving needs.
- Technology Management: Oversee the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and evaluating new technologies for efficiency improvements.
- Human Resources Oversight: Manage HR outsourcing services to ensure alignment with organizational needs and compliance with regulations.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Board Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on strategy and governance, providing updates on organizational performance.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a nonprofit setting, with significant senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record in a senior management role, with a comprehensive understanding of business functions.
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational development.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities focused on operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Commitment to the mission and values of REFORM, with a passion for systemic change in the criminal justice sector.
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.

Compensation: Salary range of $325,000-$400,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
