Compensation: $20-21 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assistance to both internal and external clients in areas such as account oversight, operational processes, documentation, and technical assistance.
  • Address fundamental customer inquiries related to products and services, billing concerns, account queries, or transactions with limited impact.
  • Follow guidance from supervisors while exercising discretion within established parameters, enhancing understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance obligations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating the resolution of customer issues by providing necessary information to management and clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years; minimum of 2 years required.
  • Support the remediation process, demonstrating comfort in handling claims and collaborating with research teams.
  • Possess strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to manage time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Experience in production pipeline operations.
  • Assist in payment processing, focusing on claims backend with a detail-oriented approach and knowledge of research and data.
  • Familiarity with various tax documentation, including W9, Bankruptcy, and 1099 forms.
