Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Manage outgoing communications efficiently
- Assist in resolving basic technical inquiries, including timely communication with healthcare professionals regarding issues such as scheduling and missing information
- Foster strong relationships with team members in client offices, engaging in relevant professional organizations
- Evaluate customer feedback and ensure resolution of any concerns
- Conduct cross-selling and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records by updating client databases and preferences
- Coordinate logistics for pickups and monitor case statuses
- Onboard new clients into the management system
- Oversee the establishment of new accounts
- Enhance customer loyalty through effective retention strategies
- Perform additional tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal communication skills, maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions
- Ability to engage with staff at all levels while upholding a constructive demeanor
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong listening skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or customer service environment is preferred
