ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with the agent to identify and support community initiatives.
  • Assist in setting and achieving marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Cross-sell a diverse array of State Farm offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must obtain Property and Casualty license, preferably prior to employment.
  • Must secure a Life and Health license within 60 days of employment.
  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to present effectively to potential clients.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • People-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Hmong is highly desirable.
