Zenarate's clientele encompasses leading firms across financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, technology, retail, and travel sectors.

We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Account Director. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our clients' strategies leveraging Zenarate's offerings, orchestrate upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and enhance revenue through renewals. You will act as a consultant, guiding clients to realize their objectives while engaging with key decision-makers to illustrate optimal use cases for deeper engagement with Zenarate's solutions. This inaugural position will collaborate with a diverse array of our clients, necessitating exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities while maintaining a focus on revenue-generating activities.

Key Responsibilities
The Role
  • Renew client contracts, achieving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and maintaining client relationships within your portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts, coordinating sales efforts to secure closures.
  • Build and fortify relationships with executive and decision-making levels.
  • Create referenceable accounts and collaborate with marketing to highlight our successes.
  • Promote how our solutions can enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various use cases.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients' utilization of our products to provide insights for enhancements and new opportunities.
  • Track and report on activities and outcomes related to opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Management capacity with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Managed Enterprise Accounts generating over $1M in annual revenue.
  • Established relationships with executive leadership within Enterprise-level clients.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS sales or Account Management.
  • Contact Center experience is a plus.
Annual base salary range: $160,000 - $179,000
