A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Associate

This multifaceted role centers on enhancing customer support through trust operations, private banking, customer service, and front office functions. You will work closely with Private Trust Officers to manage and administer assigned relationships and accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Trust Operations, including processing client transactions and managing account maintenance.
  • Assist clients with online access and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide administrative support to Private Trust Officers as required.
  • Engage in customer service activities, including handling teller transactions and managing customer inquiries.
  • Facilitate front office operations, such as greeting clients and maintaining office organization.

It is crucial to maintain confidentiality regarding all bank-related activities and uphold a high level of enthusiasm and customer awareness while promoting our services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; one to three years of relevant experience is preferred. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask are essential, along with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and effective written communication skills.
