Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our team at SPA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to support the development and implementation of our systems engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform technical analyses and assessments of projects and activities to ensure alignment with our strategic direction and goals.
  • Advise on technical risks associated with new and ongoing projects, and review technologies, system concepts, and data to recommend applications of new or emerging technologies.
  • Support and coordinate outreach efforts with government agencies, industry, and academia to advance our systems engineering capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and assessments on Intelligence Community activities that address technology, research, and applied technology concepts.
  • Support the development and implementation of systems engineering actions and activities.
  • Assist in establishing procedures and standards for managing technical development and architecture plans across our enterprise.
  • Contribute to enterprise assessments, planning, and visualization to identify transition and implementation opportunities.
  • Review, analyze, and comment on technical documents, including plans, policies, concepts of operation, technical architectures, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
  • System engineering experience, with a focus on GEOINT, SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and ground and space-based architectures.
  • Research and development experience, with a focus on cybersecurity and NRO capabilities.
  • Intelligence Community experience, with a focus on IC requirements and NRO decision-making processes.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior government managers.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work across multiple functional disciplines.
