Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Emerging Technical Advisor for Communications Technology. This position will be a key member of our team, responsible for evaluating emerging technologies and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their integration into our clients' enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and implement methodologies for technology needs and gap assessments, analysis of alternatives, and resulting recommendations.
  • Conduct evaluation of emerging commercial technologies and IT services using empirical data, engineering judgment, and alternatives assessment, and documents and delivers assessment results.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, with CI Polygraph or willing to take a CI Poly (and successfully pass)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree(s) in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • MS with 5+ years or BS with 8+ years of demonstrated performance related to the tasks above
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • NRO or IC experience
  • Certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Information Technology (IT) Architecture domain experience in Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or Federal Agency, with previous exposure to DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF), and/or Joint Architecture Reference Model (JARM) artifacts
