Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and the Vice President of Education & Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our membership database, ensuring seamless communication with members and stakeholders.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, promoting, and executing annual events, conferences, and seminars, ensuring their successful execution.
  • Support chapter activities by creating event listings, tracking registrations, and providing essential reports as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including sending meeting requests, managing board materials, and arranging catering services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office, and experience with database management preferred.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for delivering exceptional results.
