The Admistrative Coordinator I typically reports to the department head such as the Administrator/Director/ Sr. Director and is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. The Administrative Coordinator develps office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Creating financial reports and analyzing data. Must be proficient in Excel.
- Project Management, including office renovations, opening new office locations, completing analysis for offering new procedures to include implementation.
- Credentialing: Sending request for new providers/tracking and completing license renewals.
- Human Resources: Back up for payroll, tracking HR issues to make sure they are resolved, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, placing ads and tracking onboarding processes.
Shift: Full-time, Monday -Friday
Requirements:
- One to three years of experience in administrative hospital or clinic role
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in the use of standard word processing, power point and spreadsheet software.
- Strong communication skills

Salary Range: Minimum $29.00 per hour - Maximum $31.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
