Position Overview

Rochester Mazda, a member of the Rochester Motor Cars family, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our service department.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our clients in the service area.
Your expertise in product knowledge, inventory management, technician coordination, and customer relations will be essential.
From welcoming vehicle owners upon arrival to clarifying the service process, our Customer Service Representatives are committed professionals who take pride in assisting others.
We encourage individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar fields to apply, even if they are new to the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service Lane operations.
    Ensure customers receive timely, courteous, and effective assistance.
  • Take charge of the customer experience by executing additional tasks that help the dealership create a positive impression.
  • Provide exceptional support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone, to ensure seamless service.
  • Maximize the daily scheduling of technicians' time to service customers efficiently.
  • Allocate tasks among technicians in an effective manner.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
