Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at InnovAge. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our participants and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about PACE and InnovAge services, resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in our Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System.
  • Work closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and improve customer experiences.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance PACE and InnovAge knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
