About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and positive Contract Service Representative to join our team at Floral Image North America. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the wider sales effort through selling, retaining, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support.
    • Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues.
  • Sales Support
    • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers.
    • Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements.
    • Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
    • Attend companywide trainings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings.

    • Self-starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships.
    • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and secure long-term agreements.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent time management skills.
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • Minimum High School/GED Degree.
    • Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
    • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
