Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at HighPointe Assisted Living & Memory Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Direct Visitors: Welcome and direct all visitors to the front desk in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer Phone Calls: Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer the calls or take messages as appropriate.
  • Respond to Resident and Family Member Questions: Respond to resident and family member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle Emergency Situations: Respond to and appropriately handle emergency situations that may arise.
  • Maintain Lobby Cleanliness: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and entrance area.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and visitors.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
