Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Service Logic. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating service schedules, ensuring timely customer commitments, and maintaining a working knowledge of maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily service schedules for service representatives to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all maintenance contracts, including type of coverage, services included, and billable services.
  • Interact daily with customers, service managers, field supervisors, technicians, parts coordinators, service accountants, and sales reps to facilitate meeting customer needs.
  • Quoting repair work to customers and follow-up procedures.
  • Working with the A/R department on current customer status.
  • Providing support with warranty issues.
Requirements:
  • Two years of post-secondary education and/or minimum of two years commercial HVAC dispatch experience preferred.
  • Computer literate and technology savvy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service phone skills.
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and mechanical processes.
  • Key2Act/Great Plains software experience a plus.
  • Understanding of 3rd party work order systems (Service Channel, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, positive attitude.
Compensation and Benefits:
