Part-time Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at A W Smith Financial Group Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Correspondence and Documents: Draft and prepare correspondences, reports, and other formal documents as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Guest Services: Greet and assist onsite guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Organizational Skills: Develop and implement organized filing systems and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration or a related field is required.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Availability: Availability to work 5 days a week at 4 hours per day or 4 days a week at 5 hours per day.
Benefits:
- Holidays and Time Off: Most major holidays off with pay, day off on the day after Thanksgiving, and additional time off after 90 days and 6 months of service.
- Vacation Time: 1 week of vacation after 6 months and 2 weeks of vacation after 12 months.
- 401k and Profit Sharing: 401k offered after required hours met and vested immediately, and company participates in profit sharing.
