About the Role:

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to assist with Renewable Energy projects in the greater Richmond, Virginia Area. As a Project Coordinator, you will work in a challenging and variable environment, collaborating with the Project Manager(s) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager(s) in the day-to-day management of the project, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
  • Capture and track actions, decisions, risks, and issues, and assist in resolving any impediments.
  • Build and maintain a project plan with dependencies, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Support financial management processes, providing streamlined and informative reports to the Project Manager(s).
  • Assist with managing projects and client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration.
  • Assist with maintaining project timelines and budgets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project coordination and management principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work well with a team, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and physical examination may be required, as well as a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
