Position Overview

Insight Global is in search of an Event Logistics Coordinator to support a non-profit organization. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, although some local travel may be necessary as the event approaches.

Key Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Executive Events Director and play a crucial role in managing various operational and administrative tasks in preparation for the fundraising event.

  • Assist in overseeing logistics for the event.
  • Facilitate sponsorship acquisition efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors, volunteers, and event staff.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as you will be responsible for corresponding with various stakeholders.

This role is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
